Bed was comfortable. Food was tasty but dinner was pricey. People at the front desk were courteous.

There was black mold on the wooden window frame. House keeping cleaned it when we reported. We asked them to change the room which they did. Still we got affected and felt sick. Venue is really great but it is mainly for weddings.

Cabbana needs to renovate its rooms and to provide best services

The overall condition of the rooms was quite disappointing. The flooring appeared mismatched, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the electric kettle was broken. Additionally, there was no room service menu provided. Housekeeping number was not working .. I can say everything was messed up.. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Even reception and restaurant ACs were not working properly..

Nice big rooms. Food in restaurant was good but expensive. We were told the pool was out of use. There were two functions hosted at the venue when we were there which meant no access to outdoor space.

In need of a complete refurbishment

Ok let me start with my booking through booking.com. Having booked I received a message through the booking.com app from the property to say that my booking was incomplete and to make payment before arriving. I questioned this with the property who were unresponsive straightaway and hence I paid a western union link sent having confirmed the link with booking.com. Upon arriving I was told that this was a scam message !! Which I received from the property via the app. I then had to pay the fee again and left to argue the point with my credit card company !! There is no guarantee I will get this back! Something very strange happening here and it was all done through the property messages via the booking.com app- please do not make any payment before arrival, even if it looks as though the message is from the hotel. Not happy at all as booking.com via a phone call informed me the payment link sent was safe to pay!!The hotel is dated and in need of love.The rooms are average, with some lights not working on arrival and the tvs are a pain to operate. The mattress is ok but the pillows are not hotel standards. No irons in room and you have to request these.The bathrooms need fresh silicone and there were marks all over the bath from dents that looks from tears of use. So no bath for me. Toilet rolls average. Towels average too.The shower in some rooms is overhead only so not great at all.The flies in the corridor and the rooms are an issue and need addressing - every morning there is a staff member trying to kills flies in the year corridor.The service is not great - the manager was good but with most staff you have a communication problem. The staff are not really friendly and it is hard to get things done. Laundry was promised the next day at 9am and was received at 10pm.We had 3 rooms and one suite and we were all not really happy.I think the location is too far out from Jalandhar and the taxis to get anywhere from the hotel provider are very expensive i

Breakfast was good. Location was good. The venues for the wedding events were incredible. Also they checked us in early which was great. Staff is very nice

Curtains in the room have holes, there was gum on the floor. Shower head is rusty. You can hear your neighbors shutting doors, speaking etc. The staff was doing construction on something in the room next to us at 8pm, which was very loud. Housekeeping would bring a random amount of towels, usually not enough (one day they bring 2 towels, no bath mat, the next day 1 bath mat and no was cloths, etc. not consistent. Room service usually a hit or miss, half the time they don’t bring a card machine and yet they can’t charge it to the room. It felt unorganized

On arrival for my four day stay here, I was asked to pay up front, when I questioned this i was told that I could pay when I checked out. My room had no safe, just one hanger, no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board, no USB ports in the room and the hotel were unable to supply a suitable adapter and the shower had no shower curtain during my stay here, despite this being reported to reception. I expected more from this hotel but found it to be average.

My 3rd visit to cabana over the past 4 years and this is now looking extremely tired, it is not clean food choices are limited and they charge international prices, hotels in Phagwara down the road like the grand ambassador and poonam offer so much more value for money and are cleaner. Staff here walk around like robots, and are not flexible when you need support. The night we stayed a wedding function was going on and the room was vibrating from the music and the hotel didn’t offer any reduction to the room rates to apologise. This was once a lovely hotel but unfortunately not any longer

Rooms are tired not clean and smelt of urine.

Great hotel - upgraded by reception to a one bed villa - amazing place on a par with the best hotels in the Uk - food slightly pricey for Punjab but expected in a hotel. Staff friendly clean and great location.

Staff in the restaurant wonderful. So polite and very helpful

The shower and toilet were in one cubicle in our room; so toilet was showered whilst I was showering - very poor design.No safety deposit box in room ; only available on request from reception.

it was very classy, the grounds were beautiful. lovely place for photos. My son had the pool to himself which he absolutely loved, also loved the indoor badminton court.

locations was perfect

both rooms which were located smelled of damp and they refused to changed the room until the next day. which didnt help my mum asthma

Nice room, nice building, nice pool.

Over priced, staff in restaurant do not know what they are doing, very slow service, machines in gym did not work.

Just what the place looked like at night and views

We had a water leak in the room.We had blood on the bed sheets when we arrived.The food we had to pay for as we paid over 1000 gbp for 2 nights.We called room service for the buggy/cart 3 times as I have a bad leg, but it didn't arrive after being told it's on the way by customer service.The fresh orange juices were watered down, and this messed our stomachs.The customer service and staff communication was very poor. The room stank like sewage overnight and was disgusting. After telling customer service regarding blood, he advised us it is a fruit stain, which it clearly wasn't and didn't offer no refund.

Breakfast was poor value for money, you had no la carte option

Rooms were at a very poor level of standard, for example socket plugs were not straight, showers were very good due to head positioning, had to change rooms there some more that the rooms lacked like USB chargers.For what I paid it was a very much a let down, was hoping that out of good will I would get some rebate from the price I paid.

my shower was blocked. even though the staff tried to clear it. it kept blocking …my room wasn’t clean. my tv didn’t work

it’s ambience and hospitality…both are awesome

ii don’t say like but some improvements are mandatory such as they have to increase the variety in dinner buffet. They have very limited cuisine in dinner buffet which seems to be a birthday party buffet.
